I’m not sure how to say this without sounding like I’m bragging about my clientele, but I service about 35 professional athletes in the MLB, NBA, NHL and NFL, my clients don’t care about brand or name, they just want their stuff to working after a workout or a game. Over the past 10 years, I’ve seen probably 10-12 different cold plunges usually from people wanting their endorsements, so my clients get them for free, long story short, I’ve replaced pretty much all of them with ReGen units. 

ReGen didn’t reach out to me, I actually reached out to them, during the years the other units would fail, usually from poor design, cheap compressors or that kinda stuff. The other issue I had was filtration. Lots of other brands (who I don’t want to disparage) don’t actually understand water, hydraulics, filtration or heating/cooling. And asking my clients to shower or clean their bathing suit is a no-go for me. That’s what impressed me about ReGen. I care about not getting a call on Sunday night at 8pm, Because JJ's Cold plunge was 87°. And yes. That happened multiple times with multiple other units (he got for free from the “other guys”). We were both fed up, and that’s when the call to ReGen was made.

I don’t pick products to make people happy or I like someone. I pick a product for my clients that I trust will work. I own my business, and my clients are more important than anything, for the success of my business.

Most of my clients are not small individuals, and live in very expensive houses, with beautiful backyards, so they buy the Blast for those two reasons. It’s a good looking unit, and all the components are the same as the OG, just “hidden” and when I do have to swap a filter, it’s a couple screws and it’s easy.  I just want a unit that works. And like I said, so far it’s ReGen. Adam could be a complete A-hole, we’d still probably buy that unit because of the components he chose to build it with. Thankfully he’s (and his team is) great to work with, so it’s honestly a perfect fit!
