ReGen Total Wellness Limited Warranty*

At ReGen Total Wellness, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our cold plunge products. This Limited Warranty is designed to protect your investment and ensure your satisfaction by keeping your tub operational. If an issue arises, we are committed to restoring your tub to full functionality as quickly as reasonably possible.

Residential and Commercial Use

Residential Use: This warranty applies to residential use only. If a residential tub is placed in a commercial facility, the warranty is void.

Commercial Use: The warranty applies to commercial use only if a commercial product option is purchased.

Standard Warranty

Coverage Period:

  • The tub’s mechanical, plumbing, and structural components are covered for two (2) years from the date of delivery.
  • The chiller unit is covered for one (1) year from the date of delivery.
  • If applicable, the probe in the auto-doser assembly is warranted for six months from the original date of delivery.

Covered Components: Mechanical, plumbing, structural components, and chiller (as specified above). Ancillary products not performing a core function of the cold tub may be excluded.

Defects Covered: Defects in materials and workmanship during normal use.

Extended Warranty Options

Extended warranty plans are available to provide additional peace of mind for your investment.

Coverage Periods: Customers may extend warranty coverage by one (1) or two (2) years, resulting in a total coverage period of up to three (3) years.

Terms: Extended warranty coverage mirrors the original standard terms, based on component type.

Eligibility: The extended warranty must be purchased at the time of the original product purchase or within the original warranty period.

Original Purchaser Only

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To request warranty service, contact support@regentotalwellness.com with the following information:

  • Purchaser's name
  • Proof of purchase with dated receipt
  • Proof of tub delivery (LTL delivery receipt)
  • Item purchased
  • Photos of the tub
  • Description of the failure, including a video showing the issue (if applicable)

Warranty Service Process

  • Most issues are resolved via email or phone.
  • If a repair is needed, ReGen covers parts and shipping expenses.
  • If professional service is required, ReGen will reimburse up to $50 per hour for a maximum of three (3) hours for an approved service provider. Prior approval must be obtained from ReGen Total Wellness before services are rendered. Reimbursement will be made via refund to the original payment method upon submission of an official invoice.

After Warranty Expiration

ReGen offers reasonable phone and video support after the warranty period. Customers are responsible for any associated costs.

Replacement and Repair Decisions

ReGen Total Wellness will determine whether a covered part should be repaired or replaced. Any repairs or replacements are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Replacement Tub

If on-site repairs cannot be completed, ReGen may offer a replacement tub or request that the tub be shipped to its facility for repairs. The customer is responsible for any costs associated with tub removal and reinstallation.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to poor maintenance, including improper water chemistry, neglected filter care, neglected chiller cleanings, freezing conditions, power outages, or low water flow
  • Damages or defects resulting from misuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation, improper operation or maintenance, accidents, acts of God, or other causes beyond ReGen’s control
  • Use of aftermarket parts or modifications to the tub’s original mechanics, plumbing, or structure
  • Cosmetic damage or damage from freight, unless properly documented upon delivery (see shipping policy)
  • Water filter cartridge, filter housing O-ring, LED light bulb, or other ancillary products not performing a core function of the tub
  • Insulated tub cover
  • Repairs attempted by anyone other than an approved ReGen representative
  • Residential models used in a commercial setting
  • Units sold and operated outside the United States
  • Damage caused by adding ice to the tub

Liability Limitation

ReGen Total Wellness’ liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. ReGen is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including freight damage, downtime, or injury. This Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty provided. All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed, except as prohibited by law. This exclusion applies even if this warranty fails its essential purpose.

Legal Rights

This warranty provides specific legal rights to the purchaser. Additional rights may vary from state to state.

*This warranty applies to all purchases made on or after July 8, 2025. Purchases made prior to this date remain subject to the previous 12-month limited warranty, with all other terms and conditions remaining the same.
