ReGen Total Wellness 12-Month Limited Warranty

At ReGen Total Wellness, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our cold plunge products. Our easy to understand 12-Month Limited Warranty is designed to protect your investment and ensure your satisfaction by keeping your tub operational. If an issue arises, we are committed to restoring your tub to full functionality as quickly as reasonably possible.

Residential and Commercial Use

  • Residential Use: This warranty applies to residential use only. If a residential tub is placed in a commercial facility, the warranty is void.
  • Commercial Use: The warranty applies to commercial use only if a commercial product option is purchased.

What's Covered

  • Coverage Period: 12 months from date of tub delivery.
  • Covered Components: Mechanical, plumbing, and structural components.
  • Defects Covered: Defects in materials and workmanship during normal use.

Original Purchaser Only

  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Limitations

  • Using aftermarket parts or altering the tub's original mechanics, plumbing, or structure in any way voids this warranty. 

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To request warranty service, contact us at support@regentotalwellness.com with the following information:

  • Purchaser's name
  • Proof of purchase with dated receipt
  • Proof of tub delivery (LTL delivery receipt)
  • Item purchased
  • Photos of the tub
  • Details of the failure, including a video showing the issue

Warranty Service Process

  • Most issues are resolved via email or phone.
  • If a repair is needed, we cover parts and shipping expenses.
  • If professional service is required, we cover up to $50 per hour for a maximum of 3 hours for an approved service provider.

After Warranty Expiration

  • We offer reasonable phone and video support after the warranty period. Customers are responsible for any associated costs.

Replacement and Repair Decisions

  • We determine whether to replace or repair a covered part.
  • Repairs or replacements are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Replacement Tub

  • If we can't complete covered repairs on-site, we may provide a replacement tub or have the tub shipped to our facility for repairs. Customers are responsible for any related tub removal costs.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to poor maintenance, including poor water chemistry, neglected filter care, freezing conditions, power outages, or low water flow.
  • Damages or defects from misuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation/operation/maintenance, accidents, acts of God, or other causes beyond our control.
  • Cosmetic damage and damage caused by external factors such as weather, natural disasters, or accidents.
  • Water filter cartridge, filter housing O-ring, or any ancillary products not performing a core function of the cold tub.
  • Insulated tub cover.
  • Repairs attempted by anyone other than an approved ReGen representative.
  • Residential models placed in a commercial facility.
  • Units sold and operated outside the USA.

Liability Limitation

Our liability is limited to the original purchase value of the product. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including freight damage or injury. This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by ReGen Total Wellness. All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed, except as prohibited by law. This exclusion applies even if this warranty fails its essential purposes.
