ReGen Total Wellness Limited Warranty

At ReGen Total Wellness (ReGen), we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. This Limited Warranty is designed to protect your investment and ensure your satisfaction by keeping your unit operational. If an issue arises, we are committed to restoring your product to full functionality as quickly as reasonably possible.

Residential and Commercial Use (All Products)

Residential Use:
This warranty applies to residential use only. If a residential product is placed in a commercial facility, the warranty is void.

Commercial Use*:
Warranty coverage applies to commercial environments only if a commercial product option is purchased.

*Commercial use includes, but is not limited to, any use in a business, gym, wellness studio, recovery facility, hospitality setting, multi-user environment, rental property, or any environment where the product is accessible to users other than the original purchaser or household.

Standard Warranty

Coverage Period

Mechanical, plumbing, and structural components: Two (2) years from the date of delivery. Delivery date shall mean the documented date the product is delivered by the freight carrier or received by the customer.

This warranty applies to all purchases made on or after July 8, 2025. Purchases made before this date remain subject to the previous 12-month limited warranty, with all other terms and conditions unchanged.

Covered Components

Mechanical, plumbing, and structural components (see below for product-specific limitations).

Ancillary products not performing a core function of the product may be excluded (see exclusions below).

Defects Covered

Defects in materials and workmanship during normal use.

No Refunds / No Cash Value

Warranty remedies are limited to repair or replacement of covered components at ReGen’s discretion and do not include refunds or cash compensation.

Extended Warranty Options

Extended warranty plans may be available to provide additional peace of mind.

Coverage Periods:
Customers may extend coverage by an additional one (1) or two (2) years, for a total of up to four (4) years.

Terms:
Extended coverage mirrors the original warranty terms.  See below for product-specific limitations.

Eligibility:
Must be purchased at the time of original purchase or within the original warranty period.

Original Purchaser Only

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Products purchased secondhand or through unauthorized resale channels are not eligible for warranty coverage.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To request service, contact: support@regentotalwellness.com with:

  • Purchaser name
  • Proof of purchase (dated receipt)
  • Proof of delivery (LTL receipt)
  • Item purchased
  • Photos of the unit
  • Description of the issue (video recommended)

Warranty Service Process

  • Most issues are resolved via phone or email
  • ReGen covers parts and shipping for approved claims
  • If professional service is required:
    • ReGen reimburses up to $50/hour for up to 3 hours
    • Prior approval is required
    • Reimbursement is issued after invoice submission

After Warranty Expiration

ReGen may continue to provide phone or video support after expiration at its discretion.  All costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Replacement and Repair Decisions

ReGen will determine whether a part is repaired or replaced.
All repairs/replacements are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Replacement Product

If repairs cannot be completed on-site:

  • ReGen may offer a replacement product
  • OR request the product be returned for repair

Customer is responsible for removal and reinstallation costs.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to poor maintenance, including improper water chemistry, neglected filter care, neglected chiller cleanings, power outages or surges, or low water flow
  • Freeze damage resulting from loss of power, improper winterization, system shutdown, or failure to maintain circulation is not covered under warranty.
  • Damages or defects resulting from misuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation, improper operation or maintenance, accidents, or other causes beyond ReGen’s control
  • Acts of God including but not limited to flooding, fire, lightning, hail, earthquakes, extreme weather, freezing conditions, utility interruptions, or other causes beyond ReGen’s reasonable control.
  • Damage caused from moving or sliding a product with water in the basin
  • Use of aftermarket parts or modifications to the product's original mechanics, plumbing, or structure
  • Chiller failure caused by a lack of proper ventilation spacing
  • Cosmetic damage or damage from freight, unless properly documented upon delivery (see shipping policy)
  • Water filter cartridge, filter housing O-ring, LED light bulb, nonslip padding, or other ancillary products not performing a core function of the product
  • Insulated tub cover
  • Repairs attempted by anyone other than an approved ReGen representative
  • Residential models used in a commercial setting
  • Units sold and operated outside the Continental United States
  • Damage caused by excessive ice usage, improper ice handling, or ice obstructing water circulation or plumbing components is not covered.
  • Failure to follow the published setup, operation, or maintenance guidelines provided by ReGen Total Wellness

Performance Expectations & Environmental Factors

ReGen products are designed for high performance across a wide range of environments. However, actual performance may vary based on external conditions and usage.

Factors that can impact performance include, but are not limited to:

  • Ambient air temperature and weather conditions
  • Direct sunlight exposure
  • Wind and environmental exposure
  • Water usage frequency
  • Ventilation and airflow around the unit
  • Electrical supply consistency

Cold plunge units are designed to maintain cold water temperatures under normal operating conditions, but extreme environments may impact cooling efficiency or recovery time.

Heated systems are designed to reach and maintain target temperature ranges under proper conditions. Colder climates, high wind exposure, or improper setup may affect heating performance and recovery time.

These variables are considered normal operating conditions and are not indicative of a product defect.

ReGen Total Wellness reserves the right to request photos or video of installation conditions when evaluating performance-related warranty claims.

Required Setup & Operating Conditions

Proper setup and operation are required for warranty coverage.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Adequate ventilation clearance around the unit (especially near the chiller and component access areas)
  • Placement on a stable, level surface capable of supporting the full weight of the unit when filled
  • Connection to a properly rated and dedicated electrical circuit (GFCI protected)
  • Protection from extreme environmental conditions where applicable
  • Continuous operation of the system as designed (especially in freezing conditions)

Failure to meet these requirements may result in reduced performance, equipment damage, or voided warranty claims.

Commercial Use Expectations

Products installed in commercial, shared, or high-frequency environments are subject to significantly higher usage and wear.

To maintain warranty coverage in these environments, customers are expected to:

  • Follow a consistent and documented maintenance schedule, including water chemistry management and filter replacement
  • Monitor and maintain proper water quality at all times
  • Perform more frequent drain and refill cycles based on usage volume
  • Ensure proper staff training on the operation and basic upkeep of the unit
  • Maintain appropriate ventilation, electrical supply, and operating conditions

Failure to properly maintain and operate the unit in a commercial setting may result in accelerated wear and is not considered a defect in materials or workmanship.

ReGen Total Wellness reserves the right to evaluate maintenance practices and usage conditions when reviewing warranty claims for commercial installations.

Product-Specific Warranty Terms

The standard warranty terms outlined above apply to all ReGen products, except where specific product provisions are outlined below.

All ReGen Cold Plunge Tubs

  • Chiller and Pro Component Unit (Hanna controller): One (1) year from the date of delivery
  • Pro Component Probe (if applicable): Six (6) months from the date of delivery
  • Extended Warranty Limitations:
    • Chiller coverage will be one (1) year less than the total coverage period
    • The Hanna controller and associated probes are limited to a maximum warranty period of one (1) year, regardless of any extended warranty purchased.

This warranty applies to all purchases made on or after July 8, 2025. Purchases made prior to this date remain subject to the previous 12-month limited warranty, with all other terms and conditions remaining the same.

ReGen O2 Tub – Oxygen Infused Soaking Tub

  • Oxygen Concentrator: 1-year max coverage
  • Performance may vary based on water quality, maintenance, and usage.

ReGen Heat – Hot Tub

  • Heating components: 1-year coverage
  • Damage caused by scale buildup, improper water chemistry, or lack of maintenance is not covered
  • Operation outside intended conditions may void heater coverage

ReGen Red Light Series

  • LED panels and internal electrical components: Two (2) years from the date of delivery
  • Gradual reduction in light output over time is considered normal and not a defect
  • Cosmetic wear is not covered
  • Damage from misuse, improper installation, or power-related issues is not covered

ReGen Forge Saunas (Powered by Sweat Kingdom)

ReGen Forge Saunas are covered under a separate manufacturer warranty provided by Sweat Kingdom.  ReGen Forge Sauna Warranty

Liability Limitation

ReGen Total Wellness’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

ReGen is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including freight damage, downtime, or injury.

This Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty provided. All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed, except as prohibited by law. This exclusion applies even if this warranty fails its essential purpose.

Legal Rights

This warranty provides specific legal rights to the purchaser. Additional rights may vary from state to state.
