First it’s a great product. But what really sticks out is their customer service…..it’s amazing. Great YouTube videos on setup. And they respond promptly to any questions. And it’s not just my experience…..I have several friends who own one and they have had the same customer service experience. If you live in Phoenix it’s a no brainer to buy from them.
Everything was perfect! Adam returned calls, he explained the process, he answered questions whenever I called. The delivery was perfect, the u-tube video’s and instructions are perfect, the cold tub is exquisite! But most of all the exceptional customer service rates 5 ⭐️plus!!

I had the brand “Plunge” and the brand MODTUB as well as used many other brands in a sports , spa and wellness setting and ReGen is the best. It’s the easiest to connect, clean, most comfortable position and the arctic blast button is the most advanced for cold therapy.

This cold plunge was very simple to set up and maintain. The design is very well thought out and makes draining, changing the filter, and other maintenance easy. Not only that it maintains the cold temperature easily in the Arizona summers. I use it daily and it helps so much with inflammation and just my overall mood.
