I’m Adam, founder of ReGen Total Wellness. This journey started not with a business plan, but with a personal mission to reclaim my health. Years of soccer, grueling early-morning training, and a life of pushing my limits left my body in pieces including a torn pec, a wrecked shoulder, and back pain so intense I could barely cradle my newborn daughter.
That moment broke me, but it also lit a fire. I needed recovery that worked, and I knew I wasn’t alone.
The cold plunge market was a letdown: flimsy DIY kits that fell apart, industrial-looking tubs that clashed with home aesthetics, or overpriced models that couldn’t handle real-world demands. People were settling, and I refused to.
But ReGen isn’t just about cold plunges, we’re about building a lifestyle of holistic wellness, where cutting-edge tools empower you to look and feel your best, inside and out.
The Spark: A Vision for Better Cold Plunges
In May 2022, I set out to build two commercial-grade cold plunges for a wellness space I was opening, a place to bring elite recovery tools to everyday people. What began as a necessity became an obsession. The first prototype came together in days, but perfection demanded months of relentless iteration including nearly 100 design cycles, countless tests, and learning from every failure. I teamed up with a low-temperature engineer to perfect a plumbing system that ensures flawless water flow, sanitation, and cold retention.
We didn’t stop at function. Athletes, parents, and gym owners told us they wanted tools that were tough, reliable, and easy to maintain, but also beautiful enough to belong in their homes or facilities. So we crafted a cold plunge that blends professional-grade performance with sleek, modern design. That’s just the start.

ReGen was born in my Arizona backyard, but it was never a side project. It was about precision from day one. Every component was chosen with intention: oversized commercial chillers, high-flow plumbing for river-like water movement, UV-ozone sanitation, VGB-compliant drains, and auto-dosing controllers. No shortcuts. No weak links.
Our tubs hold a steady 36°F even in 115°F Arizona heat. They’ve powered through thousands of cycles in commercial gyms and kept athletes thriving when other brands failed.
What started with two tubs grew to 20, then 200, and now over 1,000 units sold since 2022.
We’ve scaled from a backyard operation to a dedicated warehouse with a lean, passionate team without losing the heart of our mission.
