Giveaway Rules & Guidelines
Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 and older. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of ReGen Total Wellness are not eligible to enter. No purchase is necessary to enter. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
How to Enter:
To enter the giveaway, participants must complete both steps: 1. Write a Google review about your experience with ReGen Total Wellness, 2. Submit a short survey using the entry form at ReGenTotalWellness.com/experience-share. Only one survey entry per participant will be accepted.
Entry Period:
The contest begins May 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM MST and ends May 12, 2025, at 11:59 PM MST. All entries must be submitted during this time to be eligible.
Winner Selection & Notification:
A minimum participant requirement of 10 participants must be met for grand prize to be awarded. One grand prize winner will be selected at random. The winner will be notified via email by May 15, 2025. First ten submitters, excluding the grand prize winner, will be selected to receive a gift card and notified via email by May 15, 2025. All selected winners must confirm and claim the prize within 48 hours of notification. If no response is received, another winner will be chosen.
Prize Details:
The grand prize winner will receive a $500 Amazon gift card and a ten year supply of filters, one year supply per year. The original owner must submit the order each year. The first ten submitters, excluding the grand prize winner, will receive a $50 Amazon gift card and a ReGen t-shirt. Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
